First step: create an account and retrieve your customer number.
To retrieve your DigiKey keys, first go to https://www.digikey.fr/ and create an account using the registration button in the top right-hand corner.
Enter all your details in the form and, once completed, retrieve the code received by e-mail in the requested window.
Once you've created your account, go to the navigation menu in the top right-hand corner of the home page and click on "MyDigikey".
Once on the "MyDigikey" page, retrieve your customer number on the left and keep it safe.
Step 2: Create a company account and collect Digikey keys
Once you've collected your customer number, go to https://developer.digikey.com/ and log in with your account by clicking on login in the top right-hand corner. Once you have done this, read and accept the terms of use to proceed.
If an error window appears, click on the "Organization" button.
Once on the "Organization" page, click on the red "Create Organization" button.
In the "Organization Name" field, enter your company name, then press "Add Organization".
Click on "Production Apps" in the menu below your company name, then on "Create Production App".
Please fill in the fields with your information:
- Production Apps Name: Enter your company name.
- OAuth Callback: Please copy and paste this address: https://api.ades.io/v0/refreshsupplierauthorization/companyname/digikey and replace "companyname" with your company name.
- Description: You can leave this field empty.
Then scroll down and tick all the available Production Apps. Once you've done this, click on the red "Add Production Apps" button at the bottom of the page.
Once on the page, a new line should appear, click on "edit".
Please click on "view".
Once on this page, two keys will be available to you: please press the "Show Key" button and copy the two keys with your customer number retrieved earlier, in order to paste the whole into Adesio - Smart Supply Manager®.
