We are excited to announce a new offer model for Adesio Smart Supply Manager®! Starting January 2025, all Smart Supply Manager® features will be available with:

Adesio - Smart Supply Manager® offers a seamless way to optimize your procurement process without any upfront fees or initial investments. Our Purchase API uses a tiered billing system based on your total lifetime purchase volume over the duration of the contract: the more you purchase, the lower the percentage fee.

The cumulative pricing model is designed to maximize your savings as your total purchase volume increases over the duration of your contract. For instance, if your annual purchases amount to €1.2M for three years (cumulatively €3.6M), your effective rate would average approximately 2.61%. This represents a significant reduction compared to a traditional flat-rate model.

2. Will the switch to the new plan be automatic for existing users?

3. Are there any features in the current plan that will no longer be available?

No, all features in the current plan are fully included in the new pricing model. These include supplier API connectors, Smart Document Manager® for AI-powered PDF imports, ERP integrations, and multi-user support.

Additionally, the new model offers zero upfront costs and free access to features like product search, BOM API, and Extranet connections.

4. If my business has unique needs, can the plan accommodate customizations?

Absolutely! The new model is designed to be flexible and scalable. We offer tailored add-ons to meet unique requirements, such as premium APIs, bespoke features, or additional support.

All customizations are transparently priced and seamlessly integrated into your plan.

5. How can I track my cumulative purchase volume and discount rate?

You’ll have full visibility into your cumulative purchase volume and applicable discount rate through the Smart Supply Manager® dashboard. The user-friendly interface provides real-time updates, allowing you to monitor your progress and maximize your savings as your purchase volume grows.
